Part of our Vision Statement is to “serve in our world.” We extend opportunities to everyone in our congregation to fulfill that through our Missions Program. We believe that all believers should be participating in global missions. To get involved there are two options: Go or send. Our adventure to Guatemala in 2018 is June 25th-30th. To find out how you can go or send on our next mission please contact George Dillard.

Our July 2016 mission trip to Guatemala was again quite amazing! God still never ceases to amaze us. With each trip here, we learn something new from Him about ourselves, and the wonderful people of Guatemala. This year we were able to build even more houses for these families in need. We can’t thank the individuals and businesses enough that continue to support the teams that go to Guatemala to share the Good News!
Our July 2015 mission trip to Guatemala was quite amazing! God never ceases to amaze us. He teaches us something new every time we visit the wonderful people of Guatemala. This year we were able to build 5 houses for families in need. We can’t thank the individuals and businesses enough that continue to support the teams that go to Guatemala to share the Good News!
In the summer of 2014 two teams went to Guatemala. The first week a team of adults built four houses and led a VBS for children of single mothers. The following week a student team built two houses and led a VBS for the same children. Both teams, through the gracious support of many businesses and people, were able to provide for many needs of the people of Guatemala.
In the summer of 2013 a team of 32 people traveled to Guatemala. This team built four houses in two days.
In the summer of 2012 a team of 16 people traveled to Guatemala. The team built three houses for local families. Shortly after the team returned home, a new baby boy was born in one of the houses.
In the summer of 2011 a team traveled to Ghana, Africa. The team helped with construction of a church building and hosted a VBS for over 600 kids.
In the summer of 2010 a team went to Ghana, Africa. The purpose of this trip was to see what needs could be met for the village we would be ministering to and what would be required for our future teams to be successful. We were also able to build a good relationship with the local Pastor and see some of the children that our Student Ministry had been sponsoring.
